Which size should I choose?

Our adult slippers (sizes 36-46) run a bit large. If you are between two sizes, we recommend choosing the smaller one.

For example, if you fluctuate between size 38 and 39, we recommend choosing size 38.

Children’s model:

True to size, but if your child wears a larger size 33, we recommend size 34/35.

Which soles do the adult slippers have?

Our adult slippers (sizes 36-46) have a 2mm thick suede outsole.

Which soles do your children's slippers have?

Our children’s slippers (sizes 24-35) have a non-slip sole with rubber dots.

What are your slippers made of?

They are made of 100% merino wool and have a 2mm suede sole. They are hand-sewn at our production sites in Europe.

All our slippers come in natural colors, as we avoid using artificial dyes. This may result in slight color differences from product to product, but we aim to match the colors as closely as possible. You can read more here.

Is your wool mulesing-free?

Yes, all our wool is 100% mulesing-free.

All our wool comes from small farms around Europe, primarily from countries such as Czech Republic, Slovenia, and Slovakia.

When can I expect my package?

Within 3-4 working days.

The carrier cannot find my package?

If your package is lost in the postal service, please contact our customer service. We will immediately send a new package with the same content. Contact customer service at mail@thecozysheep.co.uk

What happens if I don't pick up my package in time?

In that case, the package will be returned to us. We offer re-sending at an additional shipping cost.

Returns

I want to return an item?

When returning an item, please use our return portal and indicate whether you want an exchange or a refund. This way, we know how to handle the package when it returns to us.

NOTE: We will refund the money 30 days after receiving the purchase. For exchanges, you can always exchange for a different size/color as long as the product is intact and in the same condition as upon receipt.

I want to exchange for a new size?

When exchanging for a new size, please use our return portal. Once the return shipment is received and scanned at the warehouse, we will automatically send a new package with the chosen size.

I received a faulty item?

If you have received an item with a defect, please send us a picture as soon as possible. We will rectify the issue and compensate with a new product.
